Lagos Restaurant Reviews: What I’d Order Again

Let me be honest this lagos restaurant reviews list is going to be ongoing – constantly changing so tune in for more. Cubana Rapsody

The vibes gave what needed to be given. They have a club and a restaurant. I never had the opportunity to go to the club but we decided to go use the outdoor restaurant. Not gonna lie there were hella flies trying to eat our food so I would recommend using the indoor restaurant. Despite that, the DJ was playing such good music

Now for the food? I must come back. Let us start with the catfish. First of all, The catfish was HUGE. Definitely meant to be shared with multiple people. Even with splitting up with people, I will still pretty full. It was as tasty as it looks inthis image. I think they are know for their catfish so this is a MUST buy if you stop.

Now for the yams fries, plantain and stew? Wow. I love me some good yam fries. I wasn’t able to full appreciate it because of how full I was from the catfish. But from what I did eat, I can not wait to eat this again. This is a staple nigerian dish so if they messed it up I would have been judging. But it hit my taste buds just at the right spot.

Marriott Hotel Ikeja

You can’t talk about lagos restaurant reviews without talking about the most classic dish that we love – JOLLOF RICE!!! Let me just say – when I saw this dish of jollof with chicken and plantains my heart was satisfied. As I ate this, I just kept moaning over and over again about how good it was. This image is NOT lieing. This looks as good as you think it does. It was delightful to say the least.
